FALL FESTIVAL 2019
We are so excited about this year’s Fall Festival, which will be held on Friday, November 1, 2018 from 1:30 – 6:00 pm. Pre-k students only can enjoy the festival from 1:30-3pm; older students will be dismissed normally at 3pm. Please remember that all children need to attend with an adult. The PTA has some fantastic attractions lined up for you, including these highlights:
Mini-golf course Hamster Balls Train Rides Face painting
Rock Walls Caricature artist Monkey Jump Balloon Twisting Class booths
Children can participate in activities using tickets which are $1 apiece; each activity will be 1-2 tickets. We also offer wristbands for $25 which allow children to participate in all class booth activities as many times as they would like. Tickets and wristbands will be sold at the Fall Festival.

The Robotics team will be offering snacks, bottled water, and lemonade. These items require tickets. Two wonderful local food trucks, Mr. Taco and Good Eats, will be set up at Fall Festival! Please have cash/card with you for these food purchases. Both of these food trucks will be donating back a portion of their proceeds to our PTA! We will also have Doughsserts selling sweet treats (cookie-dough and brookies) ranging from $3-6. Cash is preferred and a portion of the proceeds from this booth will go directly to our J Allen Axson Chorus!
RAFFLE AND AUCTION
Cool down at FAME's Annual Silent Auction & Raffle to browse class baskets and auction items in the media center. The auction closes and the raffle winner will be announced at 6:00pm - please stick around to take your winnings home with you! All auction bidding & raffle ticket sales will take place on your smartphone. Register to bid today at or by texting FAME to 243725. FAME is raffling a 128GB iPad with WiFi and a hoverboard! Only 100 tickets will be sold for each of the two items. iPad raffle tickets will be $10 and hoverboard raffle tickets will be $5. Raffle tickets may only be purchased online at and will be available beginning on Monday, October 21st.
TREATS FOR TROOPS
This will also be our 7th Annual Collection of Treats for Troops. Children are invited to exchange their Halloween Candy for a prize and do a patriotic craft. In the past we have collected over 125 pounds of candy, and this year we are challenging our children to collect 150+ pounds for our local USO!! Help support Treats for Troops!
